Referral Process

The hand therapy team at Wellington Hand Clinic can accept all physician referrals including outside referrals from other hospitals and communities. Patients of all ages, conditions/disorders of the hand, wrist, forearm and elbow can be referred to Wellington Hand Clinic. Please fax the referral to 519-824-4876 . You may also hand deliver the referral to Wellington Hand Clinic. Once the referral is received, our receptionist will contact you directly within two days to schedule an appointment. If you wish to confirm that we have received your referral, please contact us at 519-824-8185, press #2. Our client care manager is available at your request to help you in confirming your therapy and/or splint coverage through your extended health benefits plan.
